Two ways to work together. Both start with the same free call, where we work out which one fits and go through the details before you commit to anything.
For parents who have started over before and want someone holding the rope this time.
For parents who want the closest thing to having a coach in the room.
Three things I hold to, whoever I'm working with:
Time is the reason most parents come to me, not the reason it won't work. Sessions are built to fit your schedule, and on the weeks you've got less, we plan for less rather than skipping.
Usually nothing was wrong with you. The plan just wasn't built for a week with kids in it. The weekly call is the difference. You're not following a PDF on your own; you're sitting down with me every week to look at what happened and what's coming, so the wheels don't come off in week three the way they normally do.
We plan around it on the call. Some weeks you'll train five times, some weeks once, and I'd rather have a realistic week that happens than a perfect one that doesn't. You never feel like you're starting over.
No. Most of my clients start from further back than they'd admit to their friends. Everything is scaled to where you are now, and strength comes back faster than you'd expect once you're consistent.
We get results with a couple of dumbbells.
Once you've had your postnatal check and been cleared by your doctor or midwife. From there we start gently and build. A postpartum programme looks nothing like the one a busy dad gets, and it shouldn't.
Yes. I have clients in Sydney, London, Vancouver and New York. Calls are booked around your week and the app works anywhere.
That's when it gets good. Reaching the goal is one thing; holding it is another, and holding it is where people slip on their own. So we move into a maintenance phase: lighter touch, same accountability, so what you've built stays built.
That is exactly what the free call is for. We'll work it out together — and if neither is right, I'll tell you that too.
